  • How long will it take for my CV to arrive?

    We aim to have your products delivered in PDF format to the billing email address you provide at checkout (unless otherwise stated) within the following timeframe once payment has been received:

    – Level 1 – 48 Hours
    – Level 2 – 5 Working Days
    – Level 3 – 5 Working Days
    – Level 4 – 7 Working Days

  • Can I have my CV in Microsoft Word or Pages format?

    Unfortunately we are unable to offer CVs in these formats. The software we use to write and design your CV only allows for export in PDF format.

  • I noticed some spelling or grammar issues in my CV or cover letter

    Our CVs are professionally written by humans for humans, and sometimes we make mistakes.

    Although we run our CVs through spell checks and grammar checks before sending them to you, a small number of mistakes can slip through the net.

    If you notice any spelling or grammatical errors made by our writers where rewriting services are offered (Level 2 and upwards), please let us know ASAP at hello@cvmonkey.co.uk, quoting your name and order number.

    Due to internal privacy practices, we do not hold your CV or information for any longer than 30 days after your order is made, so it is imperitive to let us know about any mistakes as soon as possible so they can be rectified.

  • I provided the wrong information, can I make changes?

    If you provided the wrong information to us, it is important that you contact us ASAP at hello@cvmonkey.co.uk, quoting your name, order number and letting us know the incorrect information.

    Due to internal privacy practices, we do not hold your CV or information for any longer than 30 days after your order is made, so it is imperitive to let us know about any mistakes as soon as possible so they can be rectified.

  • How many revisions are provided?

    With packages that provide writing services (Level 2 and upwards), you will be given a chance to review and make changes to your CV. It is important that you check all spelling and grammatical details, as well as contact information and all other written content for errors as these changes will be final.

  • I need to make some changes to my CV

    If you need to make additional changes to your CV after your permitted revision. For example, if you change companies or would like to update your contact information. We can make these changes at a discounted price. If you would like to request changes, please contact us at hello@cvmonkey.co.uk.
