Sponsored CV Design & Rewrite
It’s no understatement to say that the Covid related lockdowns have caused a lot of strain on individuals in every aspect of their life. We are all living in a new reality, one that has affected many of our mental health as well as the physical impact of the pandemic. Although furlough schemes have brought a relief to many, there has also been a surge in unemployment. Around 7.6 million jobs (24% of the UK workforce) are at risk because of UK related lockdowns. That includes a reduction in hours, temporary furlough and permanent layoffs.
Competition has ramped up for those seeking new employment, and it can feel like a sinking ship with no lifeboat in sight. The hardest part is knowing where to even start in knocking out the competition, no matter what your experience you need to be noticed.
All of this makes for somewhat grim reading and the future seems a scary type of uncertain. But it’s not all bad news. It’s our mission at CV Monkey to help Britain get back to work.
“In a time where so much has been taken away, we want to give a helping hand and invest in your future with a CV overhaul totally free.”
Why are we doing this?
The founders of CV Monkey know from first-hand experience just how painful the job-hunting process is during the pandemic and the strain it puts on families. We follow an ethos to genuinely help our customers in improving their lives and advocating for the nation’s mental health and wellness. That’s why we associate with others who have the same ethos and take the initiative to improve peoples’ lives. We are proud to team up with C4C Mobile, a mobile virual network operator who work within the charity sector and with the vulnerable, who are sponsoring a handful CV rewrites in order to help people invest in themselves. You can find more about them here.
